What is your processing and shipping time?
  • Current processing time is 2-4 business days. During a sale our processing time extends to 5-7 business days.

DOMESTIC

  • Current shipping times for domestic orders is approximately 3-5 business days.

INTERNATIONAL

    • Current shipping times for International orders is approximately 10-21 business days, but can take up to 5 weeks in some cases.

Tracked shipping?

  • All orders come with tracked shipping. You will get an email with your tracking information once your order has shipped.

My order hasn't arrived?

    • If your order has not arrived in the time frame stated above please give it an extra 7 business days before contacting us. 
  • Please make sure your address is correct and you are purchasing the correct items at checkout. If an order is returned to us due to incorrect address or not being collected at the post office, you will need to pay for the extra shipping fee to resend. We are NOT responsible for mail going missing or lost due to wrong address. 

Cancellations, returns and exchanges?

      • Due to the handmade nature of our products, no refunds, returns or exchanges can be made. If you wish to cancel your order, the request must be made before we have shipped your items.                                                                                              
      • Custom orders and orders during sales cannot be cancelled or changed. 
      •  If there is an issue with your order please contact us and we will do our best to resolve it.

 

Can I combine orders if I want to make another purchase?

We currently do not offer the option for combining orders. However, please reach out to us, and we will do our best to help.
